Parliament Day at Sturry!

The school councils and house captains from Sturry, Water Meadows and Adisham had the chance to experience their first parliament day today.

🏛️ They had a fun-filled day, visiting the Houses of Parliament and the Elizabeth Tower on their VR headsets.
👨🏼‍⚖️ A visit from Sir Roger Gale, Keji Moses and Harry McKenzie – where they talked all things politics and gained a greater understanding of what each of their jobs entailed.
🎙️ Creating strong arguements for their debate of whether the school should reduce its hours or keep them the same.

Everyone was polite, respectful and represented the school amazingly – they should be proud. A real asset to our school! 🤩
